In keeping the season alive, I will be reading four poems about the season at Murphy's Pub on Simcoe Street in Oshawa during WORDS of the SEASON, a celebration in words and song. The fun starts at 7 pm, Wednesday, December 29. I will be one of up ten readers and musicians, so come out and cheer us on. Admission is free.

WCDR Night of Reading
I will be author #8, reading at the WCDR Night of Reading on November 12 at Isabella’s Chocolate and Coffee Café in Oshawa. Admittance is free, and the coffee and treats to buy are divine! Welcome to my writing site! I’m pleased to post my first blog. I just returned from the Walkwrite writing retreat, Turning Leaves, in Kirkfield. What an amazing weekend of writing and inspiration. Author Suzanna Kearsley was there and provided insight, writing news and supportive feedback on our work. What a great experience!
